I've been working so hard. :) I've upped my exercise to like 1 hour and 30 minutes a day for a week and have been eating anywhere between 1200-1700 calories :) I'm just doing this to get back on track for where I wanted to be at this mark in my weight loss journey then I'm back to 1400-1800 calories a day and working out 30 minutes to an hour 5 days a week... yay me so happy :)
