Finally getting results from my cheap alcohol breath meters. 0.5g/L~a 0.5 acetone (ketone) level. A low ketosis probably. Progress. Hoping to get proper breath ketone meter. Cost. I’ll figure it out.

Still viewing. Good stuff so far. No ketogenic discussion yet. I find eating keto makes overeating nearly impossible. Ramping up the larder is key for success . That seems to be my issue. Peace n’🐓 grease!
The last panelist, Fay zenoff, her story seems similar to my son’s mother.

you can also use the test strips, but yes you are in a lower level ketosis. It will build more as you fat adapt, mine stays in the slightly higher range. You don't need a high level to have the benefit. Just be careful with the carbs and don't eat too much protein. too much protein for your activity level will knock you out of ketosis just as fast as high carbs will. Once you are well settled you can test to see how to adjust your macro's. but I would give it a good 3 weeks to a month.

Thanks, I’m charting macros and testing for those plus stevia, lipid moleculars, exercise, and more. Friggin tired of the glucose serum pricks. Still doing the jab method. My emt experience lol

Thoughts on exogenous ketones? Straight mct shots drop Glucose, but ek research results better

exogenous ketones are totally unnecessary and if you think about it, the point of keto is to make your own, how will adding help. now if you have trouble getting your fat level up mct oil is one of the few keto made products that is pure and is beneficial. I don't use mine often as I have other methods of getting enough fat, but it is useful.

Thanks. My primary reason for keto is the possible therapeutic benefits for brain cancer and resulting neurological damage fx. Thus, increasing BHB & acac, is the near/long term goal. Dom Agostino’s research & suggests ek’s boost levels, vigorously, with few negatives. Please, poke holes in my reasoning.

I don't understand the abreviations. choline is a very good product for brain receptors. I don't know if it will be help to you. I have brain fog from allergies and my physical therapist suggested this. It seems to be helping. I am clear enough most of the time I can help catch when I eat something that seems to be setting me off.
