Have to go out and eat with some friends today, but then it's back to fasting for the rest of the week. I'm loving these results. I'm ready to hit 130 before the end of the month
132.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
