Taking a day off from working out. Not expecting any changes. Current intake at around 1600 to 1700 cals. Will do some 15min walk later to balance it out.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
