Thinking of tweaking my ratios further promoting higher protein intake to build lean muscle faster in conjunction with my workouts. Trying carb 10/ fat 50/ protein 40 in the coming days.
176.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
