5/23 149.2. got my fitbit yesterday-very cool! Tiny sensor you wear all day-tracks steps, calories, miles and automatically downloads an every 5 min summary. Wear it at night and it tracks your sleep quality. Love it.. fitbit.com
149.2 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
