well im at 3 weeks post partum and lost 31 pounds between breastfeeding and doing 45 minutes on the treadmill. I want to maintain my weight and try to get down to the weight i was when i got pregnant with my first daughter. I want so much to feel better about myself.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
