Wellllll.... I'm back but not with a good starting weight. Anyhow, I have started on the right track to get rid of all this fat. One major change so far is starting the gym, one month now. I used to shy away from going, I would always feel like the biggest person in the room and have internal panic attacks. God has been good because I decided to use my faith to and ask God to help me. It ACTUALLY worked! I ENJOY the gym classes, I look forward to it and I celebrate my new found excitement in this area because it was such a hurdle. I'm not sure of my goals as yet but I want to get back in the habit of logging my food.
280.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

Thank you so very much Karen. I am learning.... :-) I still got and read your posts, laughed at some and felt for you with others but made sure to send a little prayer for you. Thanks for your unintentional encouragement to me.

Thank you Tanya - those prayers are appreciated. I haven't been actively here for a while. I've been dealing with an ill mother in law, long hours at work, temperatures that are too warm for me and not enough sleep. As a result of all of this, my MS is acting up making it more difficult to walk normally. But, I'm plodding on and trying to keep life "normal". Prayers help and we'll get through this together. ☺
