Off camping for the next 4 days and 3 nights. Eating and snacking is usually a big part of it, but so is hiking and campsite setup/teardown, meal fixing, etc. Hoping to maintain over the next few days and planning on having a good weigh-in when I get home. I will get in today's burst training before I leave town.
199.2 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
