2/6/07 Day 36
OK Getting back in the groove
1 bowl cereal w/ skim milk breakfast
1 tbs ELOO mid meal
1 chef salad lunch
Missed the ELOO :-(
1 Bowl cereal w/ skim milk and 1 bowl soup dinner
1 hour eliptical 1004 calories
If I didn't miss the afternoon ELOO, would have been 100%. Almost there.
251.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 71.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
