Yup, too much weight loss this week but the number feels good to my mind. Need to slow it down and increase my calorie intake.
266.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 81.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah need to increase calorie intake to slow that down

5lb's a week is fine imo, many factors are in play, if you do this every week then sure you might want to change, but I would say don't change an see what next week shows. You might not have any change on the same calorie intake as you did this past week.

Well last week wasn’t as much (only 1.6lbs) but the workouts were not as intense as I had pulled a muscle in my lower back. I would have been happy with 169lbs this week haha. It thanks I’ll see what happens over the next seven days.
