I just returned from Tennessee for R.L.'s funeral and Mom's birthday.I allowed myself to eat whatever I wanted for the last 3 days of the trip.
I weighed myself today and discovered I weighed 201 pounds.I gained 5 lbs.That is okay bc I will return to my exercise and healthy eating today.
A valuable lesson about diet and exercise and binge eating.
