Back from Cabo!! Had a great time. Gained a couple of pounds then got sick and lost one... Feeling a little better. off to Oregon Jamboree today for another vacation! Yikes. not so great for the diet. Going with my diet buddy Kathy so should help! :-)
161.5 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
