Not terribly happy about the weight gain, but I only have myself to blame. Haven't been eating particularly well and not exercising.

I'm back with a vengeance though. I ate well yesterday and today and exercised substantially more than I typically would. Just need to keep that momentum!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
