I'm not doing much, but whatever I'm doing it's working a little. I am trying to keep the Dew to one can or one bottle and the rest of the day is CL, water or tea.
DH says no, but I also think this CL mojito drink mix is helping clear the colon. More often than not when I drink it, I have to go to the bathroom, but I don't with the other flavors.
DH GOES TO Canadathis Sunday for 3 weeks. It is my hope/goal to lose 10 pounds while he is there.
