It is probably mostly water weight that I lost as I was out in the sun for a few hours on Sunday. I will try to keep good on my diet and maybe next weigh in I will keep it off. =)
392.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 212.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
