so ive literally ate 700 calories and its past 8pm...i was so stressed all day with room mate drama that i kept forgetting to eat! i don't want to lose muscle so when this happens i don't know if i should still eat even though I'm not hungry? i think i will...just a protein shake or bar and off to bed
220.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
