no wheat for me's Journal, 05 June 2018

slow but steady found out this week I have an adrenal problem working to reverse it and get it working again. this is why my weight loss is so slow too.
268.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 118.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
