1213 kcal Fat: 31.43g | Prot: 50.96g | Carb: 105.79g.   Breakfast: kellogg's special k multigrain oats & honey, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: Fiber Therapy, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, del monte diced pears no added sugar, Oikos Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt. Dinner: sirloin steak, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), coffee, sweet leaf green tea, bacon bits, Zucchini, dijonnaise, laughing cow cheese wedge. Snacks/Other: merlot wine, almonds. more...
