Weekends, amirite fam?
Weekends have been full of appetizers and beer and danger.
My best friend turned 30 this weekend, and I threw a helluva party. Crab cakes, shrimp, steak on Friday. Saturday we did a tabletop RPG called Cyberpunk 2020, and I served finger foods. Homemade pork and green onion dumplings, potato skins, pierogies, steak quesadillas, and individual and beautiful brownie pizzas. I didn't make myself a plate, and I didn't go as hard as I could have gone or wanted to go, but it was still tough.
I didn't touch the brownie pizzas. It was all those dumplings and beer. But when is it not?
Sigh. It'll be fine. It's always fine.
