Am amazed at how my energy level has improved eating like this (basically Keto). I had to cut my coffee intake in half because it was becoming too much. I may even have to start exercising.
225.5 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 50.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
