This is getting really old .... can't seem to budge for months. Back and forth within a few pounds. A year ago November, I was almost 20 lbs smaller and can't even seem to get back to that point ...so frustrated! I feel like I workout hard and I am so exhausted and tired out, I have upped my calories on occasion to see if that would help too ...that isnt working. I have varied my workout routine ....Sometimes the frustration makes me want to give up or give in , but I haven't and I wont.

172.0 lb Lost so far: 59.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
