Well I didn't think I was going to loose anything but lost 3 lbs. I am really excited :) Well off to get my work started for the day alot to do house is a mess from the weekend and alot of other stuff to do also.
217.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 77.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
