Foot surgery last week, no treadmill some nautilas, some sugar free homemade ice cream, mangoes, Atkins snack bars, strawberries and whipped cream every night a snack or two, surprised I didn't gain.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
