Thanks, My body fat % is coming down slowly which makes my body weight go up a pound or two which is normal when you weigh yourself everyday. I’m working on getting my body fat % down between 18-24% which is normal but trying for 15-17%. My body fat% now is 27.9%, challenging but it’s still coming down. BMI is also coming down which is good, just going to keep tugging at it till I succeed, the big 50 is just around the corner lol and I’m going to be in the best shape of my life by the time I hit 50!!

I have a Nokia smart scale and Nokia watch, both sync together in a iPhone app which tells me everything like steps, weight, sleep, body fat, body water, BMI, muscle mass, bone mass, heart rate and even the weather lol. I weigh myself everyday at the same time when I get up which tells me everything I need to know. You can buy just a fat caliber for cheap if you want real accurate fat %.
