I thought I could continue to lose weight by simply eating low carb and high fat, but that hasn't worked for me without tracking. Apparantly, I'm eating too many carbs.
214.9 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 84.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 20.3 lb a week
