2675 kcal Fat: 143.08g | Prot: 130.40g | Carb: 229.11g.   Breakfast: Cherry Tomatoes, milk, Jalapeno Peppers, honey, cinnamon, Omega Buttery Spread, Whole Wheat English Muffin, bell pepper, garlic, egg, Egg Substitute (Liquid). Lunch: mix vegetables, mustard, Mayonnaise (No Cholesterol), trader joe's deli turkey, provolone, swiss cheese, whole wheat flour tortillas. Dinner: blueberries pie, Corn on The Cob, harris ranch beef meatloaf. Snacks/Other: hot dog, mustard, cheese, wheat tortilla. more...
