Well hello!
All the stuff I ate lately to make my guts dance again finally worked! Prunes, kiwi, raisins, millet flakes and lots of water..
Now just to keep it going down!

211.4 lb Lost so far: 42.1 lb.    Still to go: 65.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
