2 yummy recipes that help satisfy hunger and my sweet tooth in the morning!
3 ingredient banana pancakes!
1. One banana
2. One egg
3. Cinnamon
I use organic honey instead of syrup or butter to decrease the amount of artificial sugars I'm consuming!
Yogurt pancakes!
1. One egg
2. Lactose free yogurt
3. Cinnamon
4. Less than 1/4 cup unbleached flour


144.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
