I've been doing good with my diet. It's probably because it's things that I'm used to eating on a regular basis (chicken & brown rice) with the exception of greens. I've found my two favorite greens: baby spinach & broccoli. I go in for my 2-week follow-up on Tuesday. Let's see what the scale says then. I know I feel better. I mean, I don't "grunt" when I have to bend/squat down to pick something up. :)
