1265 kcal Fat: 39.90g | Prot: 43.38g | Carb: 112.17g.   Breakfast: kashi autumn cereal, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: Oikos Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, walmart mixed fruit bowl, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, Fiber Therapy. Dinner: Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), sweet leaf green tea, broccoli slaw, coffee, tomato, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), Caesar salad dressing cardini. Snacks/Other: merlot wine, almonds. more...
