still not entirely well, exercise 3-4x a week, staying with food plan, no sugar, low carbsI eat mainly meat, veggies, mashed cauliflower instead of potatoes, spaghetti squash instead of pasta, almost at goal, maybe another 6 weeks. Drink almond milk, tea with 1/2 & 1/2.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

Hope you feel better soon. You are doing everything to get to your goal. I'm sure you will be there soon if you keep rocking it out like you are!

Thank you, this is the easiest food plan, never feel hungry. The breakfast with mashed avocado, 1 scrambled egg, asparagus and carb smart tortilla, creamy and delicious, keeps me satisfied, but I think the no sugar low carbs wards off hunger.
