Well today was a real splurge. I ate a huge dinner out with my husband before he goes out of town. I ate way too much and made myself sick. It's going to show in the morning. That's okay. Back on the wagon tomorrow.
187.9 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
