Such a positive day yesterday!
So many compliments about my hair cut and weight loss - work mates were astonished!
Even my boss stopped and stared for a while!
And todays weighting in astonished me as well! Wowza! I did it again!

215.4 lb Lost so far: 38.1 lb. Still to go: 69.9 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
