Hi gang,
Slowly coming back down the roller coaster hill. Tonight is the real challenge - Pens game at 7. So I have to have my arsenal of good food ready to go. I am thinking cucumbers, celery, carrots and ranch dressing. I'm staying away from nuts b/c they are so high calorie.

Stay away from Ranch dressing and try some other, if you can. Good eating!! and Good fun!

Or lydium, you can water the ranch and still get the flavor and reduce the calories? LOL And keep the fat if you are on keto, which is an advantage. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Nuts are high calorie, but they are also high satisfaction when your tummy is USED to being satisfied by a few of them! LOL Not in great handfuls out of a bowl! LOL 🤦🏻‍♀️That’s why I suggest them in 1 oz bags of nuts that are raw and aren’t your favorite and eaten one at a time rolled around in your mouth. The fat helps satiate the hunger for longer periods and by holding it in your mouth you won’t be stuffing something else in. But that works with just about anything you are eating to eat sssslllloooowwwllllyyy. LOL Draw it out so you have time to figure out you really aren’t hungry at all. You’re eating out of habit and water, or sugar free tea or bone broth will satisfy you just fine while others are stuffing their faces. LOL 🙋🏻
