10st 13.2 Fat 27.1% Joined WW Thurs and weighed in there at 11st 1, so 4lb to go before back down into free zone. But we paid up for 3 months for both of us anyway. Jon has half stone before free, but being a jammy sod will probably achieve that with no visible effort in just a fortnight 😆 It was his bday Fri and I'd got him a dozen coffee cupcakes, both our faves, and we were going out to pizza express and theatre - so not the IDEAL day one! However, I read thru all the stuff to try and get my head round it and managed to stick to it (with only 1 cupcake 😥) I'm writing this a few days late so can admit to the usual Day 3 hangriness, but I think I'm making inroads into making it work for me with workarounds for the things I enjoy, rather than just eating bucket after bucket of plain Skyr just because it's zero! It won't work well when we're away so I might slip into the old plan which is more carb friendly for those occasions. It's working out at about 1300 cals a day so we'll see if it works out for me come Thursday. I was having about that the week leading up to joining and barely lost a pound, so I really don't know what to expect. Other new starters lose loads their first week but I've got such a chequered history that I suspect I'll be disappointed that that will not be my lot 😕 Sorry for the long ramble!
