Yes yes YES! I did it! Under 100 at last!

Hard couple of months, a year since my Dad passed away, new/old job and my anxiety growing strong..
At some point I said to myself - this is it, not getting any younger, it's time to take care of yourself. And so my journey started. I'm glad I can share it with you guys as your support means a lot.
Once again THANK YOU!

I’m so happy you ate making your weight goals! 🙋🏻 And I’m sorry about your Dad. I’ve been there it’s tough to deal with. It’s been 15 years for me and I still try to remember things to tell him that I think he’d find interesting or that we’d get a kick out of. LOL My sister and I both still dream about our parents and talk about them, so I feel them closer at times and it helps. 🙆🏻‍♀️ Hopefully you have someone you can reminisce with as well. Take care!🙋🏻
