Hi everyone -
Thank you for helping me yesterday! I was able to eat reasonably and go to the gym for a little bit of cardio. This morning I went to weight lifting.

The mini-kind bars are gone. No more of those.

I am going to try to stick to 1200 calories, no snacking.

I don't think I really gained 2 lbs. I think it is all water weight. I am still trying to get down to 290 by the end of the month.

OK buddies everyone fight the good fight and stay on track. Be kind to yourself if you don't and recommit. You can do it!

It sounds counter intuitive, but to lose water, you need to drink more water. Water washes out the bad salts that retain water. Replace bad salts with sea salt.

Moogiemynes is exactly right about losing water weight! The body needs water to shed it and process it! LOL Plus electrolytes and salt.
