I don’t normally weigh more than once a week, but I knew yesterday’s weight was off. Probably mostly water retention (sodium intake on Sunday was off the charts!). And while my calorie intake was huge on Sunday, my weekly average was still on point. One day will not ruin the work of many!!
194.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
