Big Hugs hun. I will not lie and say that it is easy not to over eat when we are feeling down. It is hard. But remember it can be a vicious cycle. If we over eat when we are feeling down then we feel down because we over ate. I know that is what happened to me, I had got a divorce, and health issues from stress. I started eatting and then it made me feel down because I was gaining weight. I still have issues with it when I am hurting or feeling down.
