Well, new year, and trying to get back at it. I need to lose weight for my health, and also to keep my job. My yearly physical is around the beginning of May. Need to shed some weight in order to pass, so I can keep my DOT card. I just have to stick with it. House is loaded with leftover holiday sweets. I've been walking right by them today, not easy, but have to do it! One day at a time!
