back to 135.6 !!!!
i will continue until i reach my goal of 130 for this round. it has been much slower than the first round but it is really worth it. after this i will continue to do exercise to build muscle and tone. i have until June to have an ok body before we go on vacation.
i do feel good energy wise and i did notice the higher the protein intake the more i loose at least for this diet. i normally have to have a 40 p,40 c and 20 f ratio. i am still fasting and will continue fasting i feel just so much better after i started fasting.
