lost a total of .8 lbs from yesterday. yesterday i did feel i was retaining water and i went to bed late. i did have only one meal yesterday, and today i will be having 2 meals with about 75 g of protein. I measured and since i started about 24 days ago i have lost 16.4 lb and 16 inches with 5 off my stomach!!! i will be doing 30 minutes on the vibrating plate.
fasted a total of 18 hours taking iodine taking zhou thyroid supplement taking magnesium today i will be taking prenatal vitamins, and see how that affects me
i am not craving much but i just want to eat normally, i keep thinking as long as i keep loosing i will keep going. i really want to get to 125 to 120 lbs i'm at 135.6 so i'm a little closer.
i will be drinking 100 oz of water
