today i woke up with 1 lb loss and then went back to bed and woke up two hours later, weighed my self and lost .8lb !!!! wow i didnt realize how important sleep is.

i did 20 minutes of the vibrating plate today, mct oil with coffee broke the fast after 20 hours. i did feel sick to the stomach for a couple hours after, until i eat my meal. this is the weekend so i will be sleeping a little more, hope-fully that would transfer into more weight loss.

i will be drinking 100 oz. at the end of the day. i am retaining water i can feel it. so i will not weigh myself tomorrow until i know im releasing water. so i dont get discouraged.

You didn't see the period. The post says .8 not 8 You sweat when you sleep whether you notice or not Lety. You lost water weight.
