today i woke up with pancakes on my mind. i had sphyllium husks with protein powder and an egg, not great tasting but it was not bad. i also had some steak with salsa picante for breakkfast. not on protocoll but i just had to have some steak. i guess no more eating for today.
on the other hand i lost .4 oz in 10 days. know why though, i have not being eating on protocoll and i can feel it. starting wednesday i will start the more strict protocoll for another 2 weeks. and homefully that will bring me out of the 140's. i would love a 135 on the scale.
