today i tried something different in the morning. octane oil and coffee in the morning. see how that looks in the scale tomorrow. I did on the other hand felt more weak on my muscles, and just weak in general. i have been drinking water apple cider vinegar. i do find it gives it more flavor and is more palatable with ice and water.
