Hit a yoga class this morning AND an aerobics class. The yoga class was an hour and the aerobics too but I only stayed for 1/2 hour at the aerobics class. After doing the yoga class I was pooped. I'm not beating myself up about it because that's 1 1/2 hours of working out and if I do say so myself that's pretty good for a monday, a student and a woman who has LOADS of stuff to still accomplish today.

I'm hoping to get back to the gym tonight after I get all of my stuff done for the day. I have to write an essay, get a draft done for another essay, clean this joint up, wash some dishes, vacuum, put the clean clothes away and do a general over all tidy up.

If I can't get to tonights class I am going to trick the old guy into going for a quick walk around the neighborhood.

And speaking of the old guy, I have convinced him to get up every morning at 5 AM and go for a power walk that involves going up a HUGE hill. WhoooTT! He's been complaining of "getting fat" and if the plan of having kids is going to come to fruition we BOTH have to be in tip top shape. I'm getting pretty motivated about getting to the gym everyday and have been doing pretty well with executing it so now all I have to do is get him on board and will be cooking with low fat extra virgin olive oil. lol

I also JUST noticed that I am ALMOST down to the weight that I started at when I first joined fatsecret. I feel like BEFORE the end of february I could actually be UNDER 300 and the idea of that REALLY impresses me and makes me feel good about what I have been doing so far.
