OMG last week was so hard, i really felt down in the dumps and for the first time in awhile ate emotionally. But this weekend pushed through and managed to get my weight back down.But i really have to remind myself that it is a stuggle and i will have times that nothing happens or that i will gain weight. just got to stay strong. Going to stay extra good this week as have a wedding at the weekend. And a) want to look good and b) know that there will be lots of food at the wedding.Also went for a run on the weekend, first one in 3 weeks and managed to run 2.5 miles and stopped only twice. not bad going i think seeing as i havent gone for awhile. but its raining again today...suprise suprise!!! Anyway get to get on with work... here is to a succesfull week!
