Really hard week this week as was up at 210.8 for the majority with no shift. So only 1lbs from last week. Last week was such a kick in the gut but this week WILL be better. X
207.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
