Wow, it's been a few days since I wrote, but I have been keeping up with everyone. Sometimes I just don't feel like writing I guess.

Anyhow, let's see. I've been doing ok on eating healthy. I didn't exercise yesterday, but Greg and I did go into Florence and do a bunch of shopping and errands. While we were out we went to Target and I bought (had a gift card) some interlocking weights, which I've been wanting. I don't have a lot of room and with all my other fitness equipment I really don't have space for a bunch of dumbbells. I only had 3lb ones, so now with these interlocking each one goes up to 12.5lbs..which I'm sure is PLENTY, especially right now since I'm dying with 3, although not as much as I once was. I also bought a workout DVD 10 Minute Solution Blast Off Belly Fat. It has 5 10 minute different belly workouts, since this is where the majority of my weight goes and the area I'm most self conscious about I think the DVD'll be great. Does anyone else have this? I haven't done any of the workouts yet, but will in a bit.

Greg had a work function this evening so I have about 6 hours alone at the house. I'm hoping to work. I already finished the book I was reading and made Cabbage Beef Soup so I have dinner ready, which means no just snacking on crap or overeating! Yay.

I am so frustrated with weight. I'm glad I'm so focused this time around. And the main thing I want is to be TONED! You know Fat Secret should also have a way to search for members near you so we can get exercise partners! Greg does sometimes, but he doesn't want to do any of the DVDs from the library and when we go to the Y he just walks on the treadmill during the time that I do the elliptical, bike and row machines. And I know you can get a workout on the treadmill, but it's not toning him in any way. And I know this is selfish of me, because I love him, but I want him to work just as hard as I am to PUSH me to lose the weight. I want him to WANT to get toned and do weights and things. But maybe now that we have those weights he will, he was talking about using them last night.

I still haven't made up a good workout schedule, does anyone have one they use? How do you guys keep up with your exercise? I've set my goal weight at 105 and want to be there by April 1st, which means I have 20 lbs to go, I think that's doable. But I'd like to lose several lbs this next week because I know the lower I get the harder it's going to be to come off! Any ideas for doing that?

So tonight I want to do a couple of my DVDs. I think I'm going to try the kickboxing one and maybe the taebo and then the 10 minute ab one too. Hm...You guys have to yell at me if I don't ok? So I don't want you to yell, so I have to do them!

Anyway, this is long enough, so I'll catch up with everyone later. Go Black Team!!!!!!

That's great biblioholic. You're on the right track. Good luck with your exercise. You can truly do this.
